IDL has recently completed a significant upgrade at one of the Cedar Court hotel group’s properties. We’ve replaced a historic MKN HansDampf 10 grid combi oven, which was originally installed in 2002 as the first of its kind in the UK, with a state-of-the-art MKN Flexicombi Magic Pilot 10 grid oven and stand.
This upgrade not only showcases IDL’s commitment to keeping our clients at the forefront of culinary technology but also highlights our long-standing relationship with the Cedar Court hotel group. The partnership between IDL and Cedar Court spans over three decades, with IDL’s Managing Director, John Thresh having personally worked with the hotel group since 1988.
