IDL Engineering recently had the pleasure of fitting a brand new MKN oven at St Gabriel’s C of E Primary School in Middleton, Manchester. The school had been facing issues with their old Moorwood range oven, which had unfortunately failed and required parts that were no longer available.
Recognising the need for an upgrade, the school saw this as the perfect opportunity to invest in a state-of-the-art MKN 10 grid Flexicombi Classic combi oven. This new oven not only provides the catering team with a far better oven capacity, but also offers the added benefits of steaming and roasting.
