IDL specialise in large commercial catering ovens including , but we also supply smaller counter top ovens, gas and electric ranges, induction cookers and hobs, island units, bread ovens and regeneration ovens etc.

Microwaves and regeneration ovens

Microwaves start from small units for part time and occasional use kitchens up to Gastronorm units suited for use 24 hours a day with high throughput. Convection ovens can also be used for fast regeneration using stainless steel gastronorm pans and dishes.

Miscellaneous food preparation equipment

We can source and supply all of the additional equipment needed for your catering and food service operation, including:

  • Counter-top and free standing fryers, with custom configurations for bespoke kitchen systems.
