Sheffield School

Project outline:

During the coronavirus pandemic, we supplied a wide variety of products to help businesses and schools open their doors again.

For one Sheffield school in particular, IDL were asked to supply bespoke built screens to protect the staff and students in the faculty’s reception and information desk areas.

With a September deadline, it was key that extensive measures were put in place to ensure everyone’s safety, in preparation for the new school year.

IDL worked closely with our client to create a safe environment: we installed and provided hand sanitiser stations, hand sanitising gels, safety markers, face masks and protective screens within the school to help students maintain high levels of hygiene, keep their social distance and help them protect themselves and others around them.

As a team we ensured our supplies were handed over quickly and the equipment installations were completed in time and to the highest possible standard.

Due to the safety measures put in place and on completion of the project, the school was in a position where they could now accept students safely.

Our customer was over the moon with the quality of the materials and has since decided that they will keep them in place long term, to offer first-class protection and security during the pandemic.
