Expedition Stockton Heath

Project outline:

IDL secured the contract to supply and install new equipment upgrades in the kitchen area and also provide back of bar equipment for a new exciting eatery venture in Stockton Heath Cheshire.

The Expedition venue serves food and drink on two floors with an on trend menu and wide range cocktails.

In the kitchen area IDL upgraded the cookline with a Unox Cheftop Combi oven along with Lincat Fryers which required reconfiguration of the cookline services. In the kitchen preparation and service area we supplied a wide range of refrigerated storage, chilled preparation with frozen food storage capacity supplied by Interlevin.

Stainless steel fabrications included a heated kitchen pass along with a preparation sink and tables were all manufactured by our preferred supplier M.L Stainless Fabrications Limited.

In the bar areas we provided a Sammic glasswasher and to keep the mixologists supplied with ice an Ice-o-Matic cubed ice maker was installed ensuring perfect cocktails every time.
