The renovation project encompassed a comprehensive overhaul of the kitchens at Rochdale Town Hall, highlighting IDL’s proficiency in commercial kitchen design, equipment supply, and installation. The scope included the refurbishment of both the ground floor and first floor kitchens, along with the installation of state-of-the-art cold stores and catering equipment. The ground floor kitchen underwent a complete redesign, demonstrating IDL’s ability to tackle complex and demanding projects with a keen eye for detail and quality workmanship.

Rochdale Town Hall Revamp: The restoration of Rochdale Town Hall, supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund with an £8.9m grant, has breathed new life into this iconic Grade I Listed building. The transformation involved the meticulous restoration of historic features and the creation of new community spaces, opening up previously restricted areas to the public. The project, initiated in 2020, has revitalized the town hall, preserving its rich heritage and architectural significance.
