IDL can supply convection ovens from most manufacturers in sizes from 5 x 2/3 GN mini table tops for small kitchens where space and budget are tight up to free standing and complete ranges in either gas or electric for demanding environments in larger kitchens.

A small footprint and excellent performance from the new IDL Simple Range of professional ovens entirely made of stainless steel Aisi 304. Designed to achieve superior cooking performance and to be installed in smaller spaces these ovens use convection cooking and combined convection-steam cooking with no plumbing required. .

V400 Valentine Cantine Fryer

Where space is at a premium the 400mm wide Cantine fryer will meet the demands of the busiest kitchen. This single pan, twin element fryer, makes light work of any frying task. With 15kW of power available the fryer can quickly regain its pre-set temperature. The elements are set to cut out in sequence just before the fryer reaches its maximum temperature, this stops the oil from overheating and helps to reduce oil and energy costs. A simple light indication system can help to increase production during busy periods. Cleaning is easy, simply switch off the power, allow the oil to cool, open the safety drain valve, drain the oil into the oil bucket, raise the elements clear of the pan and wipe clean. A range of optional extras are available for the fryer, these include an integral oil filtration system that can help to prolong the life of the oil and basket lifts to assist with the cooking quality and timing process. An optional fishplate and batter tray can also be requested if battered fish is to be cooked. The Cantine comes with internal rear roller castors as standard or can be supplied with optional braked roller castors. A power supply cable, oil drain bucket, bucket filter, baskets and lid are supplied as standard.
