For the larger kitchen or galley where output is more demanding an MKN range or counter is the ultimate in performance for the professional chef, such as the Optima series 700 (for hotel businesses and catering) and the Optima 850 series (for commercial and community catering). Their modular construction makes them suitable for different applications and kitchen sizes with a choice of 160 (700 series) and 380 (850 series) different electric and gas appliances available.
