MKN

The broad range of MKN induction expertise is made even more attractive by the new MKN 1 zone surface induction islands with a 400 x 400 mm ceran hob! Even with larger pots and pans especially even cooking results are achievable through high performance and very large cooking zones. It is no problem to fry several cutlets, steaks or fish at a time, with thorough and crispy results! The very large cooking zone of the new MKN 1-zone-surface-induction-islands, works uniformly with the direct effectiveness of the original induction expertise from MKN. The new MKN induction ideal is also suitable for single or for a number of smaller pans because only where the pan is actually standing is energy transmitted! That is very effective!

Especially practical: the new MKN 1-zone- surface- induction-islands offer all round special expansions for more working surfaces. Even large pans are easy to move because all MKN induction systems have flush surfaces in the seamless hygienic top plates, which are also incorporated in the MKN Meister arrangements.

Naturally the new surface-induction-islands have a long life and higher commerciality, as in all conventional MKN -surface and standard-induction systems.

As a visionary technology, the original MKN induction expertise proves itself in daily cooking practise eg: by pan diameter recognition from 10cm, and a stepless individually tunable power adjustment from 4 -100%, and a very speedy recognition of overheated pans.

Versatility and above all powerful performance make the new MKN 1-zone¬ surface-induction-islands a worthwhile part of the original MKN induction expertise. This is the way to cook!
