We will always wear the appropriate P.P.E for each job we perform, and if in doubt we will seek advice on such specialist items such as high impact eye protection and chemical protection suits.
A comprehensive toolbox talk will always take place prior to commencing any job onsite that will include a manual handling assessment if necessary, and to ensure an accurate risk assessment is in place. Should conditions such a visibility or weather change during the day we will re-asses the task.

IDL now only use refrigeration gases such as R134A and R404 and should these need to be evacuated from a unit we will bring along a qualified refrigeration engineer with the correct equipment to avoid refrigerant gases being leaked into the atmosphere.
Our staff will always adhere to any C.O.S.H.H information carried on any solvents or chemicals we use on site and adequate information will also be in the risk assessment for these products prior to our visit.
All orders for kitchen equipment are accepted on IDL terms and conditions unless varied in writing by an authorised officer IDL.
All prices quoted are valid for a period of 30 days. Delivery prices quoted are only estimates and may vary subject to carriers’ cost increases. Prices shown on the IDL website may be subject to alteration or withdrawal without notice.
IDL does not install its products unless specifically stated.
Buyers are advised to be familiar with the manufacturers requirements for the supply of water, electricity, gas/LPG, and product spacing, to ensure the goods are correctly installed, and the warranty is not invalidated. Installation should only be carried out by properly qualified personnel.
Provision of all services to within 1 metre in the same room and necessary consents are responsibility of the Customer
Any errors contained in IDL’s price list, website, acknowledgement or invoice will be corrected when discovered, and notified to the Buyer at the earliest stage.
When the Purchaser is paying by credit card, payment is taken on the day the goods are shipped for stock items otherwise on the day ordered.
Ownership of the goods supplied remains with IDL until paid for in full by the Buyer.
The delivery date shown in the Order Confirmation will be regarded as an estimate. The goods shall be considered to be delivered when deposited at the address designated by the Buyer. It is the Buyers responsibility to ensure they have sufficient staff and equipment to safely take receipt of the goods from the Carrier.
Goods supplied against a firm order may not be returned without the Purchaser applying for, and receiving, the consent of IDL and must be in original condition unused. Goods specially ordered and bespoke equipment are not returnable. IDL reserves the right to charge an administration fee on all returns.
All deliveries must be inspected for visible damage prior to acceptance. Any damage must be noted on the documentation held by the Carrier. All deliveries should be unpacked as soon as possible, and any concealed damage must be reported with 24 hours of delivery. Notify IDL immediately any damage is confirmed, and arrangements to rectify the problem will be made.
Buyers who need to cancel an order must notify IDL as soon as possible. The Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping costs on orders that have been shipped prior to cancellation, or that are refused at the time of delivery. IDL reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or cancellation charge on all cancellations.
All goods supplied by IDL carry the manufacturers warranty, and it is the responsibility of the Buyer to register the warranty and ensure that it is not invalidated in any way.
IDL accepts no liability arising from or contributed to, by the installation of products by the Buyer or the Buyer’s contractors.
