Catering Equipment.

IDL Engineering Services supply a comprehensive range of commercial catering equipment for most situations, with particular experience in the hospitality, food equipment and food service sectors, direct and through contractors. Outlined below is a summary of the commercial catering equipment that we supply. Much of our customers’ requirements for catering equipment demands bespoke kitchen equipment, and as such we are always happy to help you to determine what type of catering equipment will be appropriate to your needs, whether a single combination oven or complete kitchen design and layout. IDL can also supply custom furniture and catering equipment for canteens to customers’ specification or our own designs.

Ovens
IDL specialise in large commercial catering ovens including combination ovens, but we also supply smaller counter top ovens, gas and electric ranges, induction cookers and hobs, island units, bread ovens and regeneration ovens etc.

Fryers
Counter-top and free standing fryers can be supplied to suit your requirements. For bespoke kitchen systems we can arrange for custom configurations as required as well as supplying all assocated catering equipment.

Warewashing
Specialist and standard glasswashers and dishwasher can be supplied as required. Plate capacities range from 300 to 3000 plates per hour and glass rates of 300 to 4000.

Microwaves

Griddles
IDL supplies gas and electric griddles to suit requirements for use in catering environments both large and small.

Refrigeration
We can supply a broad range of upright and under-counter fridges and freezers including white door and glass door models to suit requirements. We also supply and specify larger refrigeration systems and coldrooms.

Grills
A wide range of grills are available from standard counter mounted grills with toast racks through to salamander grills, single & double contact grills, gas chargrills and gas grills. We use a wide range of suppliers allowing us to supply the broadest range of catering grills to suit your requirements.

Bains Marie
Bains Marie fixed bench mounting as well as mobile trolleys can be supplied to suit all requirements. A range of additional standard features are also available such as thermostats, and graded gastronorm containers as well as supplying all assocated catering equipment.

Beverages
Equipment for all types of beverages can be supplied including manual & plumbed water boilers, drinks dispensers, coffee machines (fresh ground & filter) squash dispensers, tea makers and refrigerated drinks dispensers as well as all other assocated catering equipment.

Preperation
We can supply a wide range of catering preparation equipment including food processors, mixers, blenders, slicers and stirrers as well as counter appliances such as toasters, soup makers, creameries and dispensers.

Counter Tops & Fabricated
IDL supply counter tops and work benches fabricated to a high standard including bespoke fittings.

Servery Units
Catering servery units both chilled, heated and regular can be supplied both off the shelf as well as fabricated to specification. We pride ourselves in being able to supply both standard and custom fabricated catering servery units for new build kitchens and catering areas that have flair for design with attention to detail. Our designers are some of the most effective in producing a practical and quality result for a reasonable cost.
